Welcome to the web page of the CT Family Support Network North Central Region. If you are a parent or caregiver of a child with any type of disability, our Network is here to help!  We offer support, referrals to agencies that serve children, trainings and presentations on a variety of “user friendly” topics, a voice that reaches the Governor and our State Legislature, family-to-family contacts, an informational list serve, and so much more. Whether you’d like to be involved in effecting policy change, or just need a social outlet among parents who understand the challenges of raising a child with a disability, we are here to help!

CT Family Support Network NC Parent Meeting Schedule

•    Hartford area support group for parents of children with any disability and/or special health care needs, meets every third Friday of the month. Please contact AFCAMP for more information or check our Calendar page for more detailed information about each months topic, and meeting location. 

•    Bloomfield support group for families raising children with disabilities and/or special health care needs, meets every fourth Monday of the month at the First Congregational Church, 10 Wintonbury Ave in Bloomfield from 6:00 p.m.- 8:00 p.m. Please see our Calendar page for more details.

All meetings are open to parents/adult caregivers, and new families are always welcome!
Light refreshments will be served. .
